Because AELYN operates on a selective basis, submission of an inquiry does not guarantee an invitation to proceed. Engagements are considered individually based on suitability, alignment, scope, and AELYN's ability to provide meaningful support.
The Process
01 — Confidential Inquiry

02 — Initial Suitability Conversation
If your inquiry appears aligned with AELYN's practice, you will be invited to schedule a complimentary 30-minute private conversation. This conversation provides an opportunity to briefly discuss your circumstances, objectives, and whether AELYN may be an appropriate fit.
03 — Private Suitability Consultation
Where appropriate, you may be invited to proceed with a 90-minute Private Suitability Consultation. A $1,500 consultation fee is required to reserve this engagement. The fee reflects the time allocated for preparation, the consultation itself, and AELYN's initial consideration of the circumstances presented.
The consultation does not guarantee acceptance as a Private Client or the commencement of an ongoing engagement.
04 — Private Engagement
If there is mutual alignment following the Private Suitability Consultation, available engagement options will be discussed privately and individually.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, medical records, legal documents, highly sensitive personal information, or other confidential materials through the initial inquiry form.
Submission of an inquiry does not create an advisory relationship, attorney-client relationship, therapeutic relationship, fiduciary relationship, or formal confidentiality agreement. Where appropriate, separate confidentiality terms may be established before substantive or sensitive information is exchanged.
AELYN may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or other lawful authority.
