Amber founded AELYN Collective after recognizing that accomplished women are often surrounded by professional expertise yet remain without a truly independent place to speak candidly.

Her perspective has been shaped by more than fifteen years across regulated lending, finance, business development, negotiation, entrepreneurship, and high-trust client relationships. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, a master’s degree in Marketing, and is currently pursuing advanced legal studies.

Amber’s professional experience is complemented by a life marked by leadership, resilience, motherhood, serious health adversity, faith, and the practical realities of building businesses and navigating complex decisions.
